I purchased my first home last October and sadly was laid off a month after. Single mom trying to raise two kids, I couldn't afford the mortgage. After being declined for help over and over again, my only options at that time was a short sale or foreclosure. I wanted to avoid a foreclosure as much as possible. I reached out to Jenny who was willing to take on the challenge. It was a long and frustrating 6 months but Jenny came through. She was able to negotiate with my lender and the buyer and we finally were able to close in January. What I love about Jenny was she took care of EVERYTHING! Paperwork, dealing with the lender, showings, negotiating, title company, etc. All I had to do was show up and sign paperwork. She was on top of everything and kept me in the loop. I HIGHLY recommend her if you're looking into selling or purchasing a home. I recommend her to anyone who is looking into real estate and I will definitely be using her when I am able and ready to purchase another home in the future.
